Returns & Exchanges

At SUNROOM, we want you to love your curated pieces; if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items and intimate apparel are considered final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact and included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our boutique receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
